There was no longer the food that you had ordered the day before. You weren't informed either, but simply spit out on site when you pick it up, saying that you can't change anything. With a previous information one could still have taken care of an alternative meal. In addition, instead of being apologized, they were only ridiculed and disparaged. Furthermore, one had the impression that the boss has absolutely no respect for young women. For me this is by no means the usual attitude "The customer is king" !!

A nice quaint inn that has been renovated in a modern style. The interior has an additional winter garden that can be opened completely and a cozy beer garden + small playground. The kitchen defines you through finely seasoned home-style cooking. Unfortunately the prices are a bit too high, so there are only 3 out of 5 stars. For the rural location, 14.90 is simply too excessive for a Schäuferla. However, this applies to all dishes. 2-4 € less per meal and we'd love to come back. However, there are plenty of other inns nearby with a significantly better price-performance ratio

Cordon bleu dust-dry, you had to look for cheese and ham, there was so little in it. Too bad. Unfortunately only the cheapest fries used, salad wasn't good either. Inappropriate price, unfortunately some delivery services are better

Yes, good food, not cheap. Service friendly and competent. Lots of space in the garden, beautiful view of the Franconian. Maybe there are too many "Pegnitz Germans" there for me .... ;-)

Very nice to walk. You can eat delicious and everyone is very friendly. I've been eating there for 25 years. Not far away you can see deer and feed them. You can walk through the forest forever.

The beautiful view of the Szwabach Valley is just one of the many reasons why I like this place. Traditional Franconian cuisine in an exquisite style, extremely friendly service, rooms pleasing to the eye, a large restaurant garden with umbrellas, spacious parking lots, a fenced playground for children. I don't think you can expect anything more ..

We had our wedding party at the Gasthaus Reif. The food was excellent and there was nothing to complain about in terms of service and friendliness. Everyone tried very hard and thus contributed to an all-round successful celebration. We can unreservedly recommend Gasthaus Reif!

There is delicious Franconian food here, and the best Schäuferle !!! in the vicinity of the nice staff served in the beer garden or inside, have been a guest for over 20 years and everything is always top. Thanks to the team

Sitting in the beer garden with a view into the distance is beautiful! Food very good and quick service. We used to be here a lot, and are still very popular today. We really like it here!

There were two of us ripening. Pork knuckle and schnitzel with potato salad. So tasty, very good food nice service, you can only recommend it. Go and see for yourself

Great German restaurant. The dishes are freshly prepared. Some restaurants can overcooked the pork shoulder. This restaurant is just nice, still tender and juicy. Hopefully, from the picture you can see the tenderous.

A family owned "Gasthaus" where you can get really good food and beer at descent prices. Services is always flawless and very friendly. Espacially in the summer time this place is worth a visit, because from the beergarden you have beautiful view over the valley and can enjoy the sunset with a good glas of beer and franconian delicacies.
